The strategy escalates the disagreement between the leaders of Shabiha “pro-regime militia”
"Terror Balance” is the most suitable description for the new strategy in fighting the Free Syrian Army (FSA) adopt against the Regime forces and Hozbullah militia, according to our resource of information.
This Strategy is based on firing the pro-regime areas with Grad rockets when the Regime forces bomb or invade the civilians in other areas of Homs.
The Source confirmed the effective of this strategy as it escalates the disagreement between the leaders of Shabiha, “pro-Assad militia” especially after they became sure that the FSA is serious in applying this strategy after more than 10 fire attacks in 15 days.
The serious situation in pro-regime areas forced the regime to ease its attack on Homs, as they were not sure of the regime forces’ promise to control Homs before the middle of Ramadan.
The source confirmed that “Bab Hood” front is the toughest one where a large number of residents in the area were killed by the explosive barrels, it became no more than rubble, and no protection for the FSA. Despite all that challenges, none of the FSA members, who are initially from the area, left the area and they managed to stop Regime attempts to invade it in latest days.
Moreover, the source denied the claim of controlling Almsaudih school by the Regime forces and Huzbullah militia.
The Syrian revolution started more than 28 months ago in March 2011, it started peacefully in a form of gathering and protests, but with the violent reaction of the regime, the armed conflict took place.
Homs, that is called “the Capital of Syrian revolution”, lies at a strategic crossing linking Damascus with army bases in coastal regions controlled by Assad's Alawite sect, an offshoot of Shi'ite Islam that has dominated majority Sunni Syria since the 1970s.
The United Nations says as many as 100,000 people have been killed in Syria and four million have been internally displaced, while nearly two million have fled to neighboring countries.
