(Syrian Observatory for Human Rights)- Dozens
of employees of the Local Council in the city of Aleppo had staged a sit-
in protesting on the obstruction of the
Interim government to the local council mission in the city of Aleppo because
of delaying to pay the salaries of employees of the Council and decreased the
salaries of some workers. The issued a statement that declare on:
- To refuse to receive half of salaries.
- We demand justice in salary scale.
- The sit-ins are going to be in front of the Employees Council and the workers sectors in al- Ansari, al- Rayyan, the city center, Qadi Askar Old Aleppo and al- Sheikh Maqsud.
- Claiming for our rights and standardize the salary scale.
- Identifying a date for delivering salaries.
- A statement issued by the Executive Office about the demands of the employees and workers.
- To continue to work to preserve the interest of the civilians.
