AL HASAKAH (Zaman Al Wasl)- Clashes between Syrian regime and the Islamic State for two days in al-Hasakah, where heavy arms and air-strikes were used.
Sources reported that regime forces supported with the National Defence forces “the Masked” had stopped attacks of the Islamic State at the Southern and Western South sides of the city.
Activist Mosab al-Hamidi confirmed to Zaman al-Wasl that Southern al-Hasakah had 7 air strikes by regime's air forces 5 of them affected a neighboring village, which forced people to flee.
Many elements of “the Masked” and regime forces were killed during attacks of the Islamic state on Makhram village in the Western south side of al-Hasakah.
Sources reported that regime has a call-up status in the Southern part of the city at Masaken al-Shaba, Nashwa neighborhood, and snipers spread over the area.
Moreover, regime supported its buildings with concrete barriers, fearing of the Islamic state’s attacks after a bomb targeted a patrol of “the Masked” in the city centre.
In a relevant content, activists reported that Haj Jawad, Hezbollah’s member and security responsible of the National Defence Forces, had dismissed Abdul Fattah sinjar from NDF becuase he refused to join a special training course in Hezbollah’s camps in
Lebanon. On the other hand, 20 members of the NDF went to Lebanon to receive special training sessions at Hezbollah’s bases, according to al-Hasakah 24 news.
2 weeks ago, around 200 militants from Hezbollah wandered in the streets of Qamishli city, wearing their uniforms with their icons, those they used to take off when moving in the city before.
