TRIPOLI, Lebanon: Gunfire from the Syrian side of the border wounded a Lebanese man Saturday on a north Lebanon highway near the border.
The man was shot and fell to the ground on the highway linking Abboudeyeh to Manjaz.
The residents waited for the Lebanese Red Cross to arrive to the scene after they were shot at several times when they tried to pull him away.
