(Zaman Al Wasl)- National Coalition agreed last week to form an independent committee with high-profiled experts, which can help the key opposition group to organize its affairs.
A well-informed source told Zaman al-Wasl that NC’s blocs had agreed on forming an independent external committee not related to any of the Coalition’s administrations, besides forming an executive committee consists of a member from each bloc to re-structure the Supreme Military Council within a month.
The source mentioned that the
agreement requested the head of the Caretaker Government, Ahmed Tomeh, to
re-form the government and nominate 4 new names instead of the names who did
not succeed in the last election, by consulting the Kurds’, Agreement’s ,
Democrats’ and Local Councils’ blocs.
6 blocs out
of 7 have signed the agreement, which included changes on the rules of
procedure of the Coalition and financial approval for a new salaries for the
Coalition’s and its administrations’ members, source said.
