South Syria: rebels sign defence treaty to fight ISIS, regime

(Zaman Al Wasl)- Many military formations of the “Southern Front” in the south of Syrian have signed “the defence Treaty” in an attempt to face the coming step.

Dr. Ibrahim al-Jebawi, the manager of the Syrian Media Organisation, the official representative of the Southern Front, told Zaman al-Wasl that treaty was important to form united visions and goals, giving priority to the revolution and the country.

Dr. Al-Jebawi confesses that treaty targets the Islamic State "ISISI"as much as it does for the Syrian regime and others, as the risk of ISIS’s extension to Dara’a has increased.

Military groups confirmed their insistence to strengthen cooperation and solidarity among them, forming military courts and reconciliation committees.

The Treaty threatened of dismissing any military formation rejects signing the statement of abide by it.

The signed treaty confirmed the need for enhancing the stability, security and reassurance among people under the Front control, and gives them the trust of having a strong united power considered a stepping stone for a new Syrian army.
