Turkey, U.S. to sign memorandum over training program of Syrian rebels

(Zaman Al Wasl)- Turkey and United States to sign a memorandum of understanding in January to set the training program of Syrian moderate rebels, Turkish Anadolu Agency said.

The program will allow 15,000 Syrian fighters to follow military trainings in Turkey through three years, Turkish diplomatic sources revealed according to Andaolu agency.
