West-backed opposition leader promised Syrian refugees of Atmeh camps on the
Turkish border to solve urgent demands they asked, promising to meet with camps
officials soon in Turkish border town of Reyhanlı, according to Zaman al-Wasl.
Khaled Khoja, in Skype
meeting with principals of biggest refugee camps in Syrian north, said
Opposition will provide basic needs for the stricken camps that face the
harshest winter in years.
Interim Prime Minister
and head of the Assistant Coordination Unit had joined Khoja in the Skype
meeting.
Atmeh
refugees have begun a hunger strike last Monday in protest against opposition’s
blatant ignorance for deteriorating situation in the camps.
