activist, said ‘Failaq al-Sham’ rebel group have arrested four fighters, including one Lebanese militant, during the battles on Handarat front in the north of war-torn county.
Meanwhile, Aleppo has been split roughly in half between opposition groups in the east and government troops in the west, with the remaining civilians subjected to barrel bombing campaigns. The fighting has severely restricted access for humanitarian aid.
The conflict began as a peaceful movement that morphed into a civil war that has killed more than 200,000 people and forced half the population to flee their homes.
