(Zaman Al Wasl)- Al-Qaeda's Syria wing Nusra Front, in statement issued on Thursday, declared war on West-backed Hazm movement, urging al-Shamiya Front to evacuate Hazm bases.
The second powerful jihadist group in Syria after the Islamic State is planning to retaliate to Hazm's assaults on its fighters in Idlib and Aleppo provinces, according to the statement.
The Nusra Front said Hazm had killed its senior commander and two of his companions 4 days ago as well Hazm had hindered the supplies route to jihadists in the western countryside of Aleppo.
Hazm escaped an imminent fight with Nusra in January when it joined the key rebel group of al-Shamiya Front. But Nusra cut the roads for any mediation, saying its decision to fight Hazm is irreversible.
