Leader in PYD, was assassinated this morning in Qamishli

 Issa Hisso, the leader of the Democratic Union Party- PYD, was assassinated this morning in Qamishli city, north east Syria by an improvised explosive device in his car, activists reported.

Hisso, a Syrian Kurdish opposition leader in the Kurdish Supreme Committee and the West Kurdistan People's Congress , was assassinated by a bomb planted in his car this morning in Qamishli city. The SOHR was informed by sources close to the murdered leader that Hisso has received death threats before.

Clashes have taken place place overnight between the YPG and the ISIS and in the villages of Tal Halaf and Esfar Najar, which are close to Ras al-Ein (Serekaniyeh) city. Clashes between them also took place, and continue in several parts, in the village of Mohammad Thiyab, south of Tabeh Sabih (al-Qahtaniya) city. The villages of Jilki, Hamara and Mathlooma. And in the village of Tal Alu and by the Dijla company branch south of Karhouk village. the Yusifiya village and the Mathana checkpoint and Ali Agha, part of the Jel Agha (Jawadiya) district.
