US-led coalition airstrikes target Nusra Front in Idlib, kill 2

(Zaman Al Wasl)- US-led coalition airstrikes on Friday killed two fighters of al-Qaeda’s Syria wing Nusra Front near Salqeen town in Idlib countryside, the jihadist group said in statement.

Zaman al-Wasl reporter said the Nusra’s bases were hit by two drones of US-led alliance, leaving two dead and number of injuries.

In a statement on Friday, the task force of US-led coalition said the strikes in Syria were also staged in areas near Hasaka, Deir Ezzor and Tal Hamis.

The coalition launched 20 airstrikes in Syria since early Thursday, targeting 13 of them near the key border town of Kobani, where the Combined Joint Task Force said they hit eight units of Islamic State fighters.
