At least 35 people have been killed and 30 wounded in a regime air raid in Aleppo in northern Syria, Syrian Civil Defense officials have said.
A regime warplane targeted civilians with a “vacuum bomb” in a crowded local market in the Maadi area under opposition control, Civil Defense sources told Anadolu Agency on Saturday.
Five vehicles and 15 shops were destroyed in the attack, sources said.
Syria's civil conflict, which has entered its fifth year, has left tens of thousands of people dead and millions of others displaced both internally and externally.
