Syrian regime's warplanes have conducted more than 30 raids on rebel-held neighborhoods of Damascus, leaving dozens killed and wounded, activists and monitoring groups said Wednesday.
The Syrian Network for Human Rights said at least 14 people, including 3 children and 2 women, were killed in Douma city northeast of Damascus as Bashar al-Assad's air forces launch a major aerial campaign on Damascus suburbs.
Also, in the northern city of Idlib, 20 people have been killed due to barrel-bomb attacks on rebel-held districts, the observatory reported.
