Regime provides 'security card' for Damascus rich people

A “Security card” is the latest invention of the Syrian regime for people live in Damascus, which protects its owner from being humiliated and annoyed at the regimes barriers. 
Fees for getting the Security Card is $.600 are paid in banks for martyrs families. The card can be issued by official application to the responsible authority, then the application goes through security check to make sure that applicant has clear security record and is not involved in terrorist activities. 

The card protects its owner from all humiliating and annoying acts by regimes forces at barriers, besides protection from arresting, Amjad, the field activist in Damascus said. 
The activist expected that aim of the card is generating more money, especially its launch has coincided with announcement of renewing Syrian passports in many consulates as long as paying required fees. 

Amjad explained that members of regimes forces at barriers know that many users of the security card are not pro-regime, even some of them use the card to facilitate transporting food and other relief materials, but they cannot do anything to stop them, as they cannot stop the new source of money for regime.
