The alliance of Islamist groups, which includes Al-Qaeda branch the Nusra Front, carried out a new attack on the villages of Foa' and Kefraya. Fighting is going on four axes, field source revealed amid reports say the underway fight is decisive.
Ahrar al-Sham movement said next-door predominantly Sunni town of Bennish is a military zone until battle is over.
Last month a similar assault launched by Fatah Amy fighters who failed to take over the villages from Bashar Assad forces and Iranian militias.
