(Zaman Al Wasl)- Syrian rebels and Islamist factions, including Ahrar al-Sham, are mulling troops to fight ISIS-affiliated groups in the southern province of Daraa as clashes erupted early Sunday, sources said Tuesday.
Al-Qeda's Syria branch, the Nusra Front, Ahrar al-Sham and Free Syrian Army units have sent reinforcements to the western countryside of Daraa as Yarmouk Martyrs brigade and al-Muthanna movement are preparing to capture towns of Tsail, Sahm al-Jolan and Hait, after taking control of Adwan village early Monday, field sources said.
Nusra Front's commander in Daraa, Abu Salah al-Masalmeh, was killed in the ongoing clashes with Yarmouk Martyrs the day before.
