(Zaman Al Wasl)- At least 46 regime forces from coastal Latakia province have been killed in a month, pro-regime news feeds reported.
Most of slain soldiers have been killed by Daesh and rebels in eastern and southern Syria.
The death toll included 16 army officers, two of them were Major Generals.
The Alawites-dominated areas are still the main manpower supply for Bashar al-Assad's regime.
More than 125,000 pro-regime forces have been killed in seven years of brutal war, according to local monitoring groups.
