Days after the deadly clashes between Kurdish forces of People Defense Units (YPG) and members of Free Syrian Army (FSA), the Kurds seized the control of the rural areas of Efrin, a Kurdish city in the north of the country, Firat news agency reported.

.On vehicles Equiped with heavy weapons, the YPG and their supporters celebrated their victory by shouting mottos in support of Abdullah Ocalan, the jailed leader of Kurdistan workers’ Party (PKK).

Kurdish activists asked the Kurds to mend their differences in the face of FSA attacks.

The disputes among the parties grow even deeper after Democratic Union Party (PYD) forces arrested three members of Kurds National Council for accused membership in a drug trafficking group.

PYD has added the members have also defrauded people.

KNC, however, has denied the accusation as baseless, calling the PYD attempt a move to grip its rule on the northern regions of Syria.

The arrests provoked demonstrations by a group of youths, supporters of KNC.

Meanwhile Kurdish independent deputy Mahmoud Othman and some members of Kurdistani coalition, the representatives of the Kurds in Baghdad, asked Syria Kurdish parties to bury differences and take a united stance against attackers.

In relevant context, The Syrian Kurds in London protested Syria opposition armed forces’ besiege of Kurdish city of Efrin in Aleppo province and demanded the siege should end soon.

The rally protest was held in front of British prime ministry office on Sunday, when the demonstrators asked Premier David Cameron to put pressure on opposition extremist groups to end their blockade on Syria.

The Syrian opposition forces should ask al-Tawhid division and other fundamental groups to end their blockade on the city, lasting for more than 10 days.

The armed groups are besieging the city for more than 10 days and are prohibiting sending drugs and foods to the people on the pretext that the citizens are supporting government forces while no government force is in the Kurdish regions for more than a year,” Abdurrahman Abdu, a spokesman of the protesters said.

The Kurds also asked Cameron to put pressure on Salafi groups to end their attacks against the city.
