(Zaman Al Wasl)- Syrian National Army has preventing US-backed forces from entering the border town of Azaz late on Sunday, a spokesman for the Turkish-backed group told Zaman al-Wasl Monday.
Major. Yousef al-Hammoud said the SNA had repelled the Syrian Democratic Forces south of Azaz following fierce clashes left casualties on both sides.
A total of 251 Turkish-backed Syrian rebels have been killed by Kurdish militias in two months, according to Anadolu Agency.
