(Zaman Al Wasl)- The Syrian artist Saja Jaana believes that her fine art can reflects not only her refuge journey from Aleppo to Turkey but also the suffering of most Syrians.
‘I will not accept that my harsh experience with asylum go unnoticed, I will leave my mark in every corner and hand. It contains my tent as a Syrian refugee in this world,’ she told Zaman al-Wasl.
The success of my first exhibition in 2019 prompted me to develop my experience and organize my exhibition, Color of Roses, in the Turkish city of Bursa on February 22 , Jaana said.
Her upcoming joint exhibition will include works by plastic artists and sculptors from 10 Arab countries: Syria, Iraq, Palestine, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Jordan And Lebanon.
Jaana exhibited in 15 Turkish city last Year, such a tour helped delivering a message that "the Syrian refugee" wherever he finds flowering "and strives to play a major role in the cultural life of Turkish society, she added.
Turkey remains the country with most refugees in the world, hosting more than 3.7 million migrants since the start of the Syrian war.
