Four people killed in Raqqa by improvised explosive device
(Zaman Al Wasl)- Four people, including a child, were killed and 50 were wounded by an improvised explosive device rocked a demonstration condemning the US-French-British airstrikes in northeastern city of Raqqa, local activists said Monday.

No rebel group claimed the responsibility for the attack on the first ever ‘rally’ in seven years showing allegiance to Bashar Assad.

Pro-regime activists say ISIS’ sleeper cells are still operating in Raqqa.

The US-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) took the de-facto capital of the Islamic State last October.
