Lataminah recovers again due to Idlib deal: Zaman TV
(Zaman Al Wasl TV)- In the wake of the Turkish-Russian deal in northern Idlib province, the town of al-Lataminah has started to recover again where thousands of displaced people have returned to their homes, or more accurately to the rubble of houses destroyed by Russian air strikes and artillery.

The people are returning with great determination to rebuild their homes and to return to life again.

Presidents Vladimir Putin and Tayyip Erdogan agreed last month to set up the zone between rebels and regime, staving off a regime attack on the area, which the United Nations had warned, could cause a humanitarian catastrophe.

The agreement announced in Russia’s Black Sea resort of Sochi on Sept. 17 would establish the zone in a 15-20 km (10-12 mile) wide strip of territory now held by rebels, and calls for joint patrols of the area by Russian and Turkish troops.
