Quneitra, Sep. 18 (SANA) Israeli occupation forces shelled the outskirts of Hamidiya town in Quneitra countryside with several artillery rounds Friday, with no injuries reported.
SANA correspondent reported that no information was available on casualties following the shelling.
Earlier Friday, Israeli occupation forces also shelled Bat al-Warda Hill near Beit Jinn in Damascus Countryside with several artillery rounds.
In western Daraa countryside, Israeli occupation forces arrested a young man in the Wadi al-Raqad area near the town of Jamlah.
The Israeli occupation continues to violate the 1974 Disengagement Agreement through repeated incursions into southern Syria, raids on civilians’ homes and arrests, land leveling and artillery shelling and other attacks.
Syria demands the withdrawal of the Israeli occupation from its territory, stressing that all measures taken by the occupation are null and void and have no legal effect under international law. Syria also calls on the international community to assume its responsibilities and compel Israel to fully withdraw from southern Syria.
