A Syrian national was wounded by Israeli forces’ gunfire on Thursday in Lebanon’s southern Marjayoun district, Lebanon’s National News Agency reported.
The agency said the man was shot in the Nabaa Ibl area and was taken by the Lebanese Red Cross to Marjayoun Governmental Hospital for treatment.
The incident followed overnight Israeli military attacks in the area, including demolition operations and heavy machine-gun fire around Nabaa Ibl, which caused material damage and destroyed several properties, according to the report.
